Rodriguez v. Tognazzini Trucking Co.

This was an intersection accident involving an uninsured vehicle and a truck. Because of minimal insurance available, Richard C. Bennett was able to successfully bring in the defendants who owned property adjacent to the accident site on the theory that a plastic mesh "dust" fence obscured the truck driver's visibility. After a successful trial, the case was settled for over $6,000,000.00.
