Colin v. Ford Motor Co., et al.

This was a single vehicle accident involving a Ford Econoline van in a rollover case which resulted in two fatalities and other orthopedic injuries. Plaintiffs' counsel alleged that the vehicle and a tire on it were defective. As a result of multiple settlements with the defendants, including the dealer who sold the vehicle, the plaintiffs received very substantial "confidential" sums.
